About Audra Hicks

Audra Hicks brings something rare to Nantucket real estate: a 20+ year career built on strategy, trust, and guiding people through complexity. A California native and full-time island resident since 2020, she knows Nantucket from every angle as a visitor who fell in love with it, a renter, and now a homeowner.

Nantucket has a way of connecting the right people, and that's exactly how Audra crossed paths with Becky. The two quickly recognized a shared set of values: a commitment to excellence, an instinct for service, and a belief that every client deserves genuine, attentive care. In 2025, Audra earned her Massachusetts real estate license and joined forces with Becky to be part of the Becker Group. Together, they bring deep local expertise and a hands-on approach to both sales and the group’s exclusive rental program, grounded in the belief that exceptional experiences are intentionally created, never left to chance.

Before real estate, Audra spent two decades in leadership at IBM, Kronos, UKG, and Black Duck Software, earning a reputation for turning complex challenges into clear results. That same discipline, full attentiveness, immediate responsiveness, and an unwavering work ethic now define her approach to every client relationship.

She holds a BS in Economics from UC Berkeley, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and has pursued continuing education at MIT, Harvard Business School, and UC Berkeley Executive Education.
